I’m currently a Crew Lead at Valley Fine Foods Co. I’m a quick learner I moved up from being a packer to a Line Tech within 2 months & a Crew Lead 6 months later. Therefore I also have experience in leadership, problem resolution, time management & I’m also bilingual. I have experience in customer service & am aspiring for something new!
I make sure my entire line is running problem-free from formulation to packing. (filling ingredients, dough, pasteurizer, chambers, spiral ravioli temp, packaging, labels, coding, stacking & taking up to shipping). I complete a Daily Production Report at the end of every night.
